Simple Steps to Enhance Your Healing Experience

Sound healing is best received while lying down in a comfortable position. We request that all attendees bring their own yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters if desired, etc. Eye masks will be provided. *If you do not have a yoga mat, a sleeping bag pad or comforter are good -and often preferable substitutes. Seating can also be available. This policy applies to all public and private events unless otherwise specified or pre-arrangements are made. Mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided for studio sessions.
